Is the100bot responding to everyone in the server but yourself?
Did you register by using the !link command but nothing is showing?
Verify that your discord user settings has "link preview" set to enabled
"Show website preview info from links pasted into chat."

In your USER SETTINGS (the gear symbol at the bottom left, by your Discord username), select text and images and turn on show website preview info from links pasted into chat.
